由Coindesk主办的区块链年度会议——2017共识大会（Consensus 2017）在美国召开。目前，其最引人注目的成果应该就是于昨日（5月23日）达成了最新的比特币扩容协议——隔离见证与2MB硬分叉扩容同时部署，并由数字货币集团（DCG，Digital Currency Group）发表。

我们同意立即支持如下的比特币协议并行升级方案，基于原有的隔离见证2MB提议，这两种方案将同时进行部署：
· 隔离见证激活阈值设为80%，并以bit 4作为信号发送方式
· 在六个月内执行一次2MB硬分叉扩容
我们还将致力于其技术机制的研发，以改善比特币社区的信号发出方式。另外我们会部署好通讯工具，以便让整个生态系统的参与者通力合作，在安全解决方案的设计、整合及部署上共同努力，保证比特币扩容顺利实现。
我们欢迎所有公司、矿工、开发人员以及用户加入我们，为比特币的未来做好准备。

The annual meeting of the block chain sponsored by Coindesk, the 2017 consensus conference (Consensus 2017), was held in the United States. At present, the most notable achievement should be the latest bitcoin expansion agreement yesterday (May 23rd) — the simultaneous deployment of isolation witness and 2MB’s hard forked expansion, and published by DCG Digital Currency Group.
The full text of the agreement are as follows:
May 23rd.
We agree to immediately support the following parallel upgrades for the bitcoin protocol, which will be deployed at the same time, based on the original isolation witness 2MB proposal.
The isolation witness activation threshold is set to 80%, and the bit 4 is used as a signal transmission mode
Implementation of a 2MB hard branching expansion within six months
We will also work on the research and development of its technical mechanism to improve the signaling of the bitcoin community. In addition, we will deploy communication tools so that participants in the whole ecosystem can work together to make joint efforts in the design, integration and deployment of security solutions, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of bitcoin expansion.
