Social Media Operations


Location: Hybrid (On-site + Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and content management of the project’s social media accounts.

2. Draft, edit, and publish high-quality press releases, articles, and blog posts.

3. Provide content support for other marketing and community initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

2. At least 3 years of experience in social media operations or content operations within the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry.

3. Active on social media platforms such as Twitter/YouTube, with a strong understanding of platform trends and a keen sensitivity to trending topics.

4. Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

5. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.




Community Manager


As a Full-time Community Manager, your Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the strategy and execution for building and scaling the project’s online communities (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter).

– Manage day-to-day community engagement, moderation, and member relations.

– Recruit, train, and manage a team of community moderators.

– Conceptualize and execute engaging online and offline community events, AMAs, and campaigns to drive growth and activation.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of community management experience, specifically within the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry.

– Deep, hands-on understanding of Web3 community platforms (Discord, Telegram) and community “playbooks.”

– Proven track record of building and managing vibrant online communities.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Bonus Points: Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.




Marketing Manager


As a Full-time Marketing Manager, your Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and oversee the execution

 of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.

– Manage and guide project marketing operations, encompassing community, social media, and brand development.

– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.

– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive market presence.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry.

– Proven experience in developing and executing successful GTM strategies for crypto projects.

– Strong market sensitivity and a deep understanding of crypto marketing tactics and channels.

– Holistic knowledge of the marketing stack, including community, social media, PR, and branding.

– Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.

– Fluency in English is required.

Bonus Points: Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
